Thanks as far as I can see no abnormalities in the wires.If you haven't done it already Google " Winchester safe yellow light" you may have a pinched a wire changing the battery.

I did email Winchester it appears they will be mailing a new key pad out.
I would really like to get at some of my smoked salsa. From what I understand they offer a dial to replace the keypad. Ordinary I am not a fan of the keypad, but it was a decent size safe and it was on sale at the time so there is that.Good for you. I too have a Winchester safe and will stay tuned in for the results.
The mechanical ones do too...Dial only way to go. Just like Dots. The digital ones will fail.

Problem appears to be the component (mother board ?) that is inside the safe door. Replacement key pad arrived and no yellow light code entered displays green light however it does not activate the solenoid.Check the battery connection the the logic board on the lock.
