INGO gurus: I have a Winchester 1300 12ga shotgun with a nice wood stock that I don't want to bugger up while tromping around in the field. I want to swap it out with either an already buggered stock (that maybe I'll camo paint) or a synthetic stock set. Since you don't see many 1300 stock sets for sale used, can anyone tell me if a model 12, 1200 or 1400 stock set will fit without any modifications?
    Thanks!! :dunno:

If your looking for a synthetic stock set....I've got a take off set I'll part with. I changed mine out to a Speedfeed set with the full buttstock that has a pistol grip. I think I robbed the sling swivel off of itf or the Speedfeed but if you want it....$40.

I'm not sure about the 12, but the 1400, if memory serves, is an auto loader. So, even if the butt stock fit you'd have to look else where for a forend. I was told, at one point, that the 1300 and 1200 are the same gun. The 1300 was marketed as a combo.
