So I was looking at a box or 9mm i picked up a while back when the bulk was hard to find. What is up with the Brass FMJ instead of Copper? Is brass harder, is this stuff faster? It was just the first time I have seen this and was wondering what others experiences were with it.

The base of the bullet is enclosed, no exposed lead.
    Also the primers are lead-free.
Most normal primers have some lead in the compound.
I believe Winclean is made for indoor shooting ranges, to reduce airborne lead ect.
I have read that lead-free primers do not have a long shelf life compared to regular primers.
