My wife has a Cold Det. special and a Walther PK 380, both fit her real well. We made the mistake of buying a S&W Sigma 40, sold it to her nephew and bought the Walther. She loves it, easy to carry, fits her hand, and it is easy for her to control.

try a s&w m&pc or a shield, a walther pps, or a walther ppq - all worked well for a close friend of mine who has absolutely tiny hands
