I haven't reprogrammed mine, yet, but I've been freaking my son out with the voice on the weather channel (it reminds him of something and creeps him out, apparently) and seeing what published frequencies in my area are actually used semi-regularly (someone's Dymo printer was down at a school today but I don't know if it was ever resolved!). They are my first "grown-up" walkies outside of a job and I'm pretty pleased with them so far. Need to do some range testing at some point.
