Now that the reloading room/armoury is nearly complete, where should I shop for mats which will ease fatigue while standing at the relaoding/workbenches. I have stools too so I can change it up.

Should they be soft or hard mats? How large?

Is there a tool and die man in the house???

McMaster-Carr for the matts. Calculate walking / standing space, then add a little for back stepping. I like the 4' x ' 12'. I prefer soft. I'm on my feet for 10 hrs. a day. It helps a lot.

Sam's Club often has mats that look pretty decent. But if you're going to be standing you want soft ones, like you'll find in the back of restaurants. Easy to clean and comfortable to walk on. Guess you could check with your local restaurant supply house for those.
