I see what you(BoR) and ATM are saying. I fully agree we shouldn't need our government to give us permission to exercise our rights...only that it makes no difference to me whether they repeal the gun restrictions or pass more legislation to override those same restrictions, as long as we get the freedom the constitution outlines, I'll be happy.
But yes, when the people stop paying attention to how the government is slowly taking freedom and liberties little by little, we end up where we are now with a gov't FAR to large and controlling and just plain out of control.
