I have a Saiga in .223, and was wondering.......

Would it be possible to make an adapter for it to accept AR mags?

IT may be a dumb question, but I'm not real familiar with AR's, and saiga mags are just god-awful expensive. So does anyone know if it would be possible at all???:dunno:

Just so you're aware, if you use the adapter and drop a 20 or 30 round AR magazine in there, 922r becomes an issue for you.

May not care (has any end user been prosecuted yet?) but still applicable unless you've already converted it.

There's another guy who has a Saiga adapter for M-16 mags that doesn't require as much fitting as the MSA one. I was just looking at several years' worth of posts at another site yesterday:

I've never heard of anybody being charged with breaking 922r laws:dunno::dunno:

There are no dumb questions if your intent is to learn!
