Free: WTB: Large inner tube for floating a river

(Not "Free", but this forum has no "WTB", so...)

You know the kind... A large, black inner tube with an opening in the center that you fill with air and sit in to float down a lazy river on a hot summer day.

I want one.

I'm planning on cutting a piece of plywood and strapping it to the tube to create a floating platform for my dogs that I can tow behind the canoe. Thus, it need not be pretty or fancy, but it needs to float and have the open center.
