Cam is a bigger Mike Vick, he has had a pretty descent career outside of the two years off in jail lol.

Apparently the NFL scouts, who get paid to do this, think he is a better QB than Clausen.

The draft is sometimes funny to watch. Makes you wonder just what some of the GMs were thinking. The Panthers needed soooo much. They should have traded down and picked up a couple extra picks. One guy isn't going to turn that team around, and you certainly can't do it in one draft.

Cam Newton is not anywhere near as fast as Michael Vick. Vick wasn't that good of a QB until last year. I don't know I guess Carolina had to take a gamble on Newton. It's not like they've ever had a franchise QB before, Delhomme was probably the closest.

I think Castonzo will be solid for the Colts, I'd like to see Polian just draft O-line and D-line with the remaining picks.

I didn't watch Clausen last year but I HATED him at ND. He is a solid backup at best.

i thought you couldnt trade first round picks because of the legal situation.

I believe you just can't trade players for picks, but you can still trade picks.
