WTS: Dell Inspiron 1150 Laptop - Not Working

I have a laptop that has not been used in sometime. It started having problems about two years ago and I pulled the drive and started using another one. Since then, it has just been sitting on the shelf. The laptop will power up, but the screen is distorted and just freezes. This DOES NOT BOOT INTO WINDOWS. I have not messed around with it and just thought that I would give someone a good deal that wanted to fix it.

-No harddrive/ case is included
-Comes with 512mb RAM, DVD/CDR drive and power adapter

Will come just as pictured. I don't know what is wrong and wouldn't want to guess :-) The parts alone are worth at least double my asking price.

Those are notorious for being pain in the asses. I've rebuilt my wifes 1150 twice already with problems yet again.

Does that laptop have 1 dimms of 512ram or 2 256's for 512?
