yes it fills the hole in the backstrap, I highly doubt it will fit a G19 though. The G30 is a whole different animal.

I believe Glock connectors are universal. Lone Wolf says their connector fits all Glock models. So I am going to say yes it will.

It is made by Falcon Industries in New Mexico. It will help your part count for 922r if that is what you are asking about.

Not sure, but it is hard plastic with a cobblestone texture. No rubber.
