WTS: Russian SKS 1952

I am selling this 1952 arsenal refubished SKS. Does not have any of the assesories. Good shooting rifle. Does have a few handling character marks on left side, but nothing major. Comes with Romanian leather sling. $350 firm. Buyer must be willing to come to the Southern Indiana/Louisville Metro area. No trades. First I'll take it wins.

Is it numbers matching? Numbers stamped on the upper hand guard wood?

Additional info;
It's a Tula. Has the Star with arrow. The stock is force matched with 6Xs. It has a 4 digit alpha-numeric serial #, and all parts that are numbered are matching. There is no number on the upper handguard, although the gastube does have the number electopenciled, as does the rear sight. Normal arsenal refurb that shoots reliably.
