He sounds fairly reasonable regarding the Second Amendment but seems to have some Fourth Amendment problems.
I don't find anything he has to say reasonable. He supports an AWB specific to military style weapons and his stance on invading privacy to be proactive against crime is 
He cites heller and the SCOTUS but fails to understand it. He treats it as a buffet, take what he likes, leave what he doesn't.
Freakonomics has an interesting take on the crime drop in NYC under Guiliani. It's worth a loom if you're so inclined. I don't think the juice is worth the squeeze but it does explain it.

Sounds like he has some Second Amendment issues to work through also. Says he supports an assault weapons ban but it would have to be narrowly written. Basically, he just spoke out of both sides of his mouth at the same time.
He's a great defender of liberty. Just look at how the "stop and frisk policy" protect rights.

He was on Hannity last week and he's for an AWB, he supported it the first time around and said Clinton sent him a letter acknowledging his support. You aren't going to get anywhere with guns and these east coast politicians it's just not in their DNA.
