XDS Holster?

Hey guys, new here and i'm sure this has been discussed but I looked and didn't see it. What holster are you guys running. I have a Fobus paddle and have mixed feelings about it. Please share what you guys have that works for you.

That has a lot of what I am looking for in an Appendix position.

I never even wore it at an appendix carry that's what it was designed for but it was incredibly comfortable at 3-4 o'clock position where I wore it

I just can't do an Appendix carry. I use a Harwell IWB with the "J" hook. I don't love IWB holsters because they aren't comfortable. I was hoping Galco would make a leather "pancake" OWB belt holster like their Combat Master but they didn't last time I checked. Their customer service rep told me if they get enough requests they might start.

I have used the Haley Strategic INCOG from G-Code . They just don't make it for the xds model.

Another vote for the Harwell holster. I thought I would use it appendix position but have mostly used it around 3:30 / 4:00 when I've carried my XDS.

I bought a Homestead Holster for my XD-s off Amazon for about $40. Designed like a Cross Breed IWB. I've had it for about a month and really like it so far.

It is convertible to inside or outside use.
The picture does not show the belt cliips which go in the holes.

^ I would check this out. Bladetech makes really good stuff and their appendix holster can be made for the XDs. I personally havent run one since this is a relatively new model from them. I did however run a Bladetech Nano IWB in the AIWB position for my G30SF when I had it (I run a G19 Gen4 in a Gcode INCOG with one clip). Also, Check out Off The Grid Concepts, I believe they make an AIWB model that will fit an XDs. Good luck, Hope I gave some good advice!

How would you compare Bladetech to the incog? My Incog is amazing in my opinion. Depending on what i'm doing i usually carry 3-4 but would like a nice IWB in the appendix.

Honestly, the more I look at it. The Mk1 IWB rig from OTG Concepts (Off The Grid Concept | DYNAMIC, SIMPLICITY, ADAPTABILITY) looks really slick and could be exactly what youre looking for. In fact, that model uses the exact same clip as the INCOG does (supplied by GCode). I would seriously consider this. They make really really good gear. Im going to be picking one up soon for my 19 as well.

I love my Royal Modular from Crown Holsters. I can hardly tell I'm carrying my M&P45 with it OWB or IWB.
