We were shooting on Saturday. After shooting .308 I went to unscrew my suppressor from the quick disconnect and it came off the barrel with the can. Its stuck in the can. So far I removed the locking ring on the QD but it still wont budge. I was trying to hold the can with a strap wrench and turn the QD out with a wrench. I just cant get enough torque, with out the can turning.

Any one had this happen before?
My thoughts are to add some heat , and possibly some KROIL but I am unsure if spraying oil into it is the best thing to do. I was hesitant to lock it in a vice cause I really don't want to mar the outsides of the can if I can help it.

    Thoughts ?

oil filter wrench? lock it down more. :) otherwise apply some heat. lightly. the vice is always last resort. kroil is fine as long as you clean the innards out real good before the next shooting.
