I know I have a combo from Gene Ingram that should be done soon, so that'll probably take the next two spots.

Liquidation should be my focus as most of my blades other than Ingrams and Spydercos see little use. If I make progress on that front look for straight and E handled Busses on the for sale forums.

    1) Busse SLUT Duty (got the e-mail I scored during the Ganza)
    2) Probably something from Blindhorse
    3) See number 2

Exception for number 2 or 3, if Mike has something good at the Busse table in March or I find something with the wow factor at Knob Creek

Well, I've got a Spyderco CPM-M4 Tan G-10 Manix 2 on pre-order. As for the other 2, who knows, I'm a impulse buyer.

Ok, I said I was an impulse buyer and I meant it. Just bought 3 knives that I had no clue I would be getting a couple of days ago.

    I got a
    ESEE-3

    ZT 0121

    and a Spyderco Paramilitary

    Who knows what tomorrow brings?

And that ZT 0551 that stony is selling in the classifieds is really tempting me. Somebody needs to snatch that up before I do.

Now your speaking my language :):. Many years ago (over 30), I started collecting Case knives.....it was the thing to collect back then, the old traditional companies that made slip joint knives (Case, Remington, Winchester, Cattaraugus...ect). Just a fair warning...it can become an addition.....at last count (that was several years ago) I had over 300 Case knives in my personal collection.

Things have changed alot in the knife collecting world since I started collecting...almost all of the "younger" crowd collects the new tactical, assisted opening, high tech steel knives and most of them couldn't tell you the difference between an Case XX (1940-1964) and a Case 1970's dotted knife.

Well what do you know, someone gave me a gift card to Gander Mountain yesterday! I promptly went out and bought a blue mini trapper. It's my first Case, and it's actually better than I expected. The fit and finish is spectacular and the knives are scary sharp. Add in the history and nostalgia of a Case pocket knife, and I'm one happy guy. I definitely see more in the future though...
