That's a pretty heavy flashlight/laser combo.
As for the firearm, two shots is all you'll get. Then a trip to the ER because the BCG's are embedded in your midsection.

No buffer tubes, no springs, no buffer = No function.
(unless, of course, they are .22 lr uppers and the outside mags with 5.56 rounds are just for show)

Left side should be a lefty upper also, otherwise FTE's all day long.

Those are cool. I admit, I didn't know these existed, nor the fact that piston drive systems did not use a buffer spring system.
