Left wing libtards like Zuckerberg are being this. What we need are class action lawsuits to start bleeding libtards like Zuckerberg dry. Same goes for the idiots at Citibanks who announced more firearms related restrictions on merchants who sell firearms. All of this BS is making my head implode! I just can’t stand libtard snowflakes! Period!

I think Zuck is on the way out. Selling tons of Facebook stock... FB behind a huge revolt... being treated as "your parent's social network"

I think FB is about to transform into something different, Zuck will drop out, and it'll go the way of Myspace.

Well, I could do it with Windows XP.
the video was stored in the temporary area as a .flv file.
Copy it from that area and use a program to convert the .flv to another format.
I used Replay Converter by Applian Technologies

After Windows XP, I don't know where the temporary file is stored, or if it is.
The Replay software by Applian has a suite of programs, one of which can capture streamed programs.
You select the are of the screen to capture.
The disadvantage of this, is you have to play all the videos you want to capture. So it takes time.

I doubt it. Zuck, by his own words, isn't really about the money. He's more interested in changing the world. Early on I think the FB/Myspace comparison was apt, now, FB is a world player. It has FAR surpassed what Myspace ever was, and is something, that whomever controls, wields as much (sometimes more) power than many nations.

In the days of flash, video was downloaded and then played back. With modern browsers video is streamed, and only buffered information is stored as the video is played. It wasn't necessarily Windows XP, per se. An .ftl file is flash. Youtube may still support flash playback. They had maintained flash support so that older browsers which don't support modern streaming techniques could still play their videos. But those older browsers are considered security risks now, and many sites block them. We do. Flash is still around, and many sites still use it. Modern browsers can still support it, but you have to enable it in your browser.

I don't really see how the courts couldn't have ruled the way they did in that case, because that state includes sexual orientation in its protected class definitions.

And the 1st and 2nd amendments (along with the rest of the Constitution) include EVERYONE as a "protected class". Or at least they used to. Now as in "Animal Farm", some "classes" are more equal than others it seems to me.

There's a method to download your entire profile to a zip file. People have done this, and are finding phone call logs with other people... no surprise there, given what Facebook must steal from your phone.

Also, Elon Musk deleted the SpaceX and Tesla pages from Facebook.

Change is-a coming. Facebook definitely has a lot of information that people would love to get their hands on.

Everyone is making the same mistake, they're all fragmenting into isolated parts of the internet with no cross traffic. I may not be someone with money but at least I was born with enough sense to know how you actually win this game.

InrangeTV did the right thing. They moved to pornhub. Now while you're laughing about this, let me remind you pornhub is one of the biggest and most viewed video hosting platforms on the internet. They have deep pockets.

If pornhub gets enough youtube refugees that it decides competing with youtube with a new platform would be profitable, they most CERTAINLY would do so. They've also welcomed in all refugees from youtube and are happy to have them on their platform.

Once you get past the absurdity of it, you'll realize it's the best chance, not only for gun videos, but political videos, and humor, to make this move.

There's never been a "used to." The latter has always been true.

You make some good points, but I am not sure that PornHub is the right site, at least under that name. If the media behemoth that owns PornHub decides to start a new area separate from their "normal" business with a more marriage-friendly name, then maybe. I just think that if we are waiting for a critical mass of people to flock over to PornHub before this happens, we are going to be waiting a long time.

I for one won't visit there.

So very true and so very sad. Unfortunately, this has been the way of the world for a long, long time. Each generation hopes to tackle it, but each generation seems to be fighting a larger monster.

I am on the same page. I will have bigger problems than getting my gun video fix if I start visiting pornhub. My bags will be packed and on the front porch.
