It looked like all the glass can be closed off with metal garage door type barriers. At 50 seconds, it showed concrete slabs that cover the windows on the upper floor and the metal garage door type barrier was half closed.

It really depends on what kind of zombies. We talking about the slow lumbering kind? the fast kinds? the L4Dead kind?

If we're going with classic Romerio slow lumbering kind, I'd say live in the second floor of a building, destroy all stairs leading up and use ladders. Since zombies can't climb, you can wait them out or slowly use a spear and start poking heads
