Zucchini Bread

Just baked a bunch yesterday. MMmmmm..... BTW I have a great recipe for Zucchini Brownies if you're interested! The kids can't tell there's a vegetable in it!

My wife is also in the baking stage of some zucchini bread. Zucchini came from the small garden I planted this year. It smells real good im my house as well.

I make a mean Cinammon bread...got the recipe out of a Wild Game cookbook. But yes zuccini bread with a little butter...dynomite.

I love it. My mom makes it and it is almost as good as her BEER bread. Everything made with beer is automatically a little better.
