    Have heard of ISP going to shops to get copies of 4473's from denials, presumably leading to prosecution of those who shouldn't have been trying to make purchases.

    I would like to see this happen.

    I think we have been harping on enforcement of existing laws for some time.

    I'm waiting to see how the anti-2A crowd manages to come out against a program which enforces existing laws and actually leads to prosecuting felons in possession of firearms. I'm sure that will be a hoot.

    I had never thought about it, but do dealers have to keep dinied 4473's? Entered into their bound book the same as approved ones?
