This x100!!! What, in the name of all that is sacred, does it matter if I hold a college degree or not? I don't care for the implication that those who do not hold a college degree cannot make an informed decision, and that their opinion should be considered "seperate but equal". (For the record, I am a few credits away from the completion of my first degree. Not that that means anything.) :n00b:

sorry you waisted your money my friend  :p

Should be, as a 757 is ten times the size of a Tomahawk cruise missle or Maverick AGM.

should be but do we really know if it is or not? And like Armed East Sider said why is there only a single hole in the Pentagon and no visual damage from where the wings would have hit?

I could debate this subject for hours. I'm very passionate about what I believe happened here. This is actually on of my favorite debate-able topics. If anyone wants to debate the Kennedy or MLK's death, Area 51, The elite organization running the world, bring it on.... I'M READY...

Perhaps you can inform me on the political benefits this has on Zionism?

I think Kennedy's death was unfortunate, and his death was an Act of Elitism.

I think, the communist-feel goodism character, Martin Loser King, deserved what he got. His goal, sounded nice, has proven itself to be nothing short of a fantasy, and thus he was able to path the way for unequality and uncontitutional measures, and furthered the agenda of entitlement policies.

I do not Believe, but infact KNOW there are aliens; Look to ancient historians on the matter.

not to derail thread but just curious why you believe you wasted your money? You don't believe you got anything at all out of the experience? Just curious cause Im about to go back to school.

I consider most college to be a waste unless it's a profession along the lines of medical, law, etc. Oh I got some knowledge out of the experience---it was nice having many of my professors be active and retired LEO. Good stories, and they shared many ways to avoid being arrested if you find yourself in a compromising situation. Not that I really needed to know how to avoid a DUI conviction, but I suppose it's a useful thing to know. Ultimately, not worth the thousands spent IMO. :dunno: College is a business, plain and simple. It's my opinion that it's success is predicated on making as much money as possible, while providing the least amount of service possible, just like any other business.

no I dont believe I got anything but a piece of paper and "bragging rights". I learned more about leadership and management in the military and put it to action than I ever did from a college coarse. also, my degree had nothing to do with me getting my current job. My military service did. and I make more than I ever would have with my degree. so for me it was a waste. Im glad it was paid for.

Just a little hint about why a "college degree" may be relevant:

Because, in the course of college, most students learn critical thinking, logic, reason, and hopefully (again, IMO) a broader knowledge of the physical sciences.

Rather, SHOULD learn these things. Especially with a diverse core curriculum that's required, now, at least at all of Indiana's public universities.

I am purely curious as to how this may relate to one's view of things.

    That's it. Simple.

Personally, I think it'd be a fun poll to have up on a nation-wide website that garners traffic from the entirety of the political spectrum, diverse ethnicities, and socioeconomic classes.

Well, it's pretty easy to tell if it's an airplane when you see one at altitude in the sky, so I assume it's even easier when the plane is at treetop level.

As far as the hole goes, it's all about the construction of the building. The plane shapes at the WTC were due to the lightweight construction of the buildings. The Pentagon, on the other hand, is a heavy reinforced concrete building. The wings basically disintegrated on impact. Most of the mass of an airplane is in the fuselage, and that's why there is only one "hole".

Tomahawk cruise missle 18 feet long x 20 inches wide
Boeing 757 cabin width is roughly 12 foot with a lenght of 155 feet with a wingspan of 124 foot.

No way in the world a cruise missle or a smaller Maverick could be mistaken for a 757.

Of course there is the rumor that the Men in Black memory pen was used to alter people thoughts on this.

I think it's time people took off the tin foil hats and get their feet back on terra firma.

On the way to a conspiracy theory convention, three guys get into a car accident and die.

In heaven, St. Peter ushers them before God.

"I know what each of you wants to know," God says. God looks at each of them in turn. "Elvis is dead, Oswald acted alone, and 911 was perpetrated by Al Quaida."

One conspiracy theorist turns to the others. "You see! It goes all the way to the top!"

This has not been my experience.

My observation is that College has become a Liberal breeding/recruitment ground, where they are able to influence Science, history modern agendas through they're brainwashing.

The fact Freud is promoted as the be-all, end-all in Psychology speaks volumes for the bias, narrow vision within the liberal agenda of psychology; I've heard far too many 'horror' stories of liberal professors intolerant to opinions that differ from they're own.

In short, I wont put much faith on a peice paper for a humans worth; I'll let him speak for himself, through action = Learned that the hard way.

Re: Flt 96 in PA - Does anyone remember if there was a single large hole or wreckage strewn over a wide area? My recollection is that there was one smoking hole. If the airliner had been shot down, there would have been debris found over the flight path to the crash site.

I am absoposilute that the buildings had 'help' coming down.
But, I did not vote because I have no inkling of an idea who would benefit from their demolition.
You know what they say, follow the money.
