    How about .32 ACP?

With the better .380 in about the same package, why even bother?

Then again, the 9mm's are shrinking to about the same size as the .380's...
I have a 32 acp FN 1910 and I couldn't put a hole of the side of a computer from about15 yards away I would hit the computer, but it wouldn't penetrate:n00b: to think that JAMES BOND 007 was dropping people with the 32 acp.

Yeah, I feel the .41 Mag pain, too. Got one I hardly ever shoot due to the scarcity of ammo and the price when I do find it. I truly love shooting it when I do, tho. It's a great calibre. So's my .44 Special, another neglected calibre.

The .356 TSW!!! It was almost dead when it hit the market! Probably the largest FLOP of any round in history. Rumor has it that Federal only made one skid of the round and never again. They're easily reloaded by taking a .38 Super and cutting the brass down. This round isn't DEAD yet, but it will be the next to go.

When lethal heat rays and laser rifles are perfected, you can say goodbye to all gunpowder weaponry. I can't wait to shoot a gun 500 times before replacing the batteries. :D

I would say the .30-40 Krag is on its way out, if not already gone. And nobody has mentioned the .22 Long or Short.

As far as the the .32 ACP or the 7.62x54R I think they'll be around for a while especially the 54R. Too many mosins and other surplus rifles and ammunition for the 54R to die out anytime soon.

As far as shotshells, the 16 and 28 are losing ground but I believe hardcore hunters shooters will keep it alive for the foreseeable future. In the case of the 16, you must keep in mind how popular it was 40-50+ years ago. I believe the 10 gauge is in far more danger with the advances in goose and turkey loads slowly making the advantages of 10 gauge negligable when compared to its recoil and cost.

10mm, it only has a cult following as of now. It came out for the F.B.I., but they found it had too much penetration...alas the .40 S&W ( 10mm short) was born. Which of course has become the main stay for almost all law enforcement agencies.

I should be stocking up on 10MM ammo, but I only have one gun in 10MM & since I bought that glock I haven't shot it

.22 Hornet is dying out it seems like it. its a slow circle around the drain but its still circling. Have a savage .22 Hornet and i can find ammo for it but it seems like they are producing less and less of it. i have been stocking up for quite a while.

i havent seen much .327 Magnum in stores. whats the story with that? is that circling the drain of bullet heaven?
