    Did you get your meds?
    Yes
I'm assured it will be better in a few days.I couldn't talk him into any hillbilly heroin though.:)

darn dude, sorry to hear that!

Thanks,it's all part of getting old.

torn rotator cuff in right shoulder...not sure what all that will mean for my shooting

    Sorry to hear it Steve.
I know a couple of people that have recently had this fixed. The surgery isn't too bad but the physical therapy afterwards isn't much fun.

I've not had the surgery, but I have worked with several employees that have had it. The surgery isn't bad. I've not seen anyone thank any therapists for the Pain and Torture they endure to get about 80-90% better.

I'm pretty sure my right one is torn, but it has been for 21 years. I'm not getting it fixed unless I have too. Holding a cell phone up to my R ear for about 3 minutes causes sharp pain in the front of the shoulder and my hand start tingling.

Probably neck. The whole hand tingles. Not just little finger and ring finger.

My lower back has been killing me, being in and out of the boot for my foot and then spending 6 weeks straight in has done me in.

So I decided to call a chiropactor and go see them. A couple of visits later and a few adjustments and all the neck pain that I have had for the last couple of years is gone.
Still working on the back, the gut doesn't help much here, but a couple of adjustments there and it has been alot easy to walk, alot more range of motion.

My Mid back was out of whack Saturday...I got a massage from a legitimate place in Greenwood, a no happy ending kind of place :D. She was getting out "knots" that felt like baseballs from my mid back. She said my low back was a mess too. I just think the mid back was outweighing the low back at the time. I was able to shoot Sunday and I feel good as new today.

I have noticed the last two matches that I have been trusting might sight picture more and more. Hence not looking at the target or looking over my sights to see my hits. Result better times on stages and fewer misses..

I'm down 20 lbs and I've identified some things to work on,with coach's help.
The first couple of matches weren't too bad but I'm still too slow from position to position and I'm not calling my shots real well. Dry fire has been a struggle with the nice weather there is just too much to do around the house. I'm not complaining though.

I've been making plans and trying to execute them during the course of fire to the best of my ability at the time.

Wow, you sound like a politician with that statement rhino.:):

Trust me,the rhino is making huge gains in his gaming ability:):

He even admitted that he shot better when he listened to Coach. This Epiphany had to cost him dearly.
