Thanks for every one's input. I don't drink sodas - A sweet tea once a week. I don't drink sports drinks. I go through about 3 litres of water a day. Not a big sweets eater. Dont' drink or smoke either......
I know dairy sets it off, and really greasy foods. I stay away from most dairy products and stay away from fast food 90% of the time.
Here lately, EVERY THING sets me off. From BBQ, to salad, to bread, to soup, to crackers....

Dont have IBS but had my Gall Bladder removed and have a lot of trouble.I take an immodium about a hour before I eat that helps a lot. Salads and things with seeds are bad for IBS also.

what about bananas? Baked potatoes? Turkey Breast? Mild Salsa?

I actually do well with those.

Bananas go right through me. Baked, mashed, potato potato potato what ever Im fine with. Turkey breast aok. Mild salsa - tomato products. Im fine.

Thought it might be catchup - I eat catchup with every thing just about. No go.

Immodium doesn't phase me. :-( What does work is the pink little Peto Bismol pills. Problem is, the bismuth in them isn't good for your system 24/7 and they plug you up for days.

I have this and so does my daughter along with both of us being lactose intolerant add acid reflux to me. for her bentyl works for me the best thing I have found so far is beano. I keep a little travel pack of it with me also stuffed with immodium. I don't drink ANY carbonated or caffeinated beverages so that doesn't cause or contribute to mine.

Can't do the bentyl. All it does is make me feel like space cadet and I can't focus at work because Im so dizzy.

Doesn't do any thing to the IBS symptoms... I'll try the beano.

I thought I had Celiac Disease and had a colonoscopy to get tested for it and it came back negative. CD is an allergy to gluten. They told me I have IBS. I still think it is a food allergy of some sort. I just need to do what was mentioned above and cut out a particular food for a couple weeks at a time and go from there. I get lots of what appear to be pimples on my legs and that is one of the symptoms of CD.

By the way, if you haven't had a colonoscopy yet, do it. I'm 32 and thought it would be so undignified but after about 2 minutes of talking to the female receptionist at the clinic getting checked in, I realized that her and everyone else involved have seen and talked about so many colons that it isn't a big deal to them. Kind of like the gyno. After awhile, you look at it like just any other body part.

The minor loss of diginity and discomfort you will endure is much better than wasting away from colon cancer like my father did.

I've been developing symptoms since my job started taking a toll on me.

This thread has been incredibly enlightening. This is one of the best things about INGO -- folks are really open to helping.

I don't have any words of wisdom. I know that greasy foods are a trigger, but all foods can be tough for me.

Are the heads on them white and pop very easily and painful? The base of them are red and usually about 1/2" in diameter?

Some of them are very painful, but mostly they are small and pop very easily. Always thought it was odd that I never had acne as a kid on my face. Instead I got it on my legs, shoulders, and back where I could hide it.

Off all my meds after I started eating a yogurt with "activa" in it every morning. Don't know if that will work for you but it was a God send for me.

At this point if some one told me to drink a shot of pyrodex every day I would.

Thanks for the info. How fast did you notice a change?

Immodium never worked at first for me, then the DR. told me to take about a hour before eating vs right before I eat. Didn't know if you had tried like that but if not its worth trying.

I get them in the same places. Do you ever get any on your scalp that are painful? I think these pimples are actually our bodies way of trying to remove whatever is toxic to us. Just have to figure out what that is. Do some reading on Celiac Disease and you will probably have most of the symptoms like I do. That disease is an allergy to gluten and I'm not allergic to gluten by what couldn't another food allergy cause the same symptoms? I have chronic sinus problems that have lead to hearing loss and I think it is all tied together.

I thought I had Celiac, too. Was tested and came back negative. It is just a simple blood test I am told. Now, we are looking at other things. But are you guys losing weight? Or cannot gain weight?

Yes, I get horrible bumps in my scalp that feel like the hair follicle is on fire so to speak. I call them hot hairs. Some times they will come to a head and pop, other times they just sit there and hurt with clear fluid coming out of them when I squeeze them. They hurt like hell.

I've always been thin my entire life. Just thought it was the way God put me together. Now that I've been working out for over 2 years, and I still have no muscle to show for my efforts, some thing is wrong.

My body has no fuel. Its all being dumped out before I can do any thing with it. Always joked Im tired of having a body of a 14 year old. Maybe what ever is wrong with me is why?

Trying to run a mile or two I feel like Im 90 years old. My joints pop, I hurt, and I run out of energy long before a 45 year old. I shouldn't have that happening....

Not to mention I sleep way too much for a "healthy" 28 year old.

I was 240+ pounds. Then this struck and I cannot gain. Just what YOU said, it makes me think that THIN people must have always had whatever it is I got in the last year. So, makes me wonder if they can even diagnose anything that might be normal to other folks.
