anybody have a suggestion for good walking shoes? I'm walking 35 minutes three times a week and my old tennis shoes just don't cut it anymore.

Most comfortable shoe I have ever found is the rebock ZigTech's. For the last 6 years I have spent around 9 hours a day on my feet, and they were the best I have ever found.

Second New Balance, but good support makes a difference also. Keep in mind that "cushy" shoes may feel comfortable but may cause more pain in the long run. I'd get a good set of orthotics/arch supports.

Go to fleet feet and get measured. They will fit you in a shoe that works for you and will add in insoles if you need them. Avg price I'd say is around $100.

In other news. Pretty sure I have the flu.

Was just going to post this about Fleet Feet. Their service matches you to a shoe. I know marathon runners who go there religiously and rave about how well they were matched.

As for the flu, yuck. Had it. I hope I am now immune.

Water heaters aren't cheap to buy. Do you have a warranty on the heater?
