I just got notice from eotech that mine were received and reviewed. Says my check is being processed for payment allow another 3-4 weeks to receive it. I guess I'll just keep waiting

Same here. I submitted my refund request and received the approval on 2/17/16. Got the same email about check being processed yesterday.

Question about your notification. Was it by email and was it in HTML format? I got one from them yesterday that was completely blank. Nothing in the body at all. The first 2 came from a different address at eotech and were in plain text. I've got thunderbird set up for plain text so HTML mails come in looking like webcode, but they still come in.

I called them and they said mine had been received and approved, the same 3-4 weeks.

My optics were mailed in before the end of the year and were received on Jan 1st, EoTech said the check was mailed out last Friday.

Might give a timeline to those still waiting.

it was a standard email with standard text that came through for me. nothing special just said my check should be headed my way in 3 to 4 weeks

They sent out a lot of checks that were received today. I'd have been happy with another Eotech, but since they sent me a check, I'll pay the difference for a Micro.

still waiting on my refund but picked up a Trijicon Rx-30 for the mean time.... I love this optic so much i'm torn between getting another RX-30 or Maybe the RMR once my check comes back

All I will, or have to say, is L3 is making good to everyone, in time, for a bill of goods they sold .gov, that did not meet the requirements. Sure, a lot of you, and a lot of the .gov, have had perfect performance out of their EOTechs. This does not change the fact that for years, EOTechs have been poor performers. Visit ARFCOM, M4Carbine.net, the old Lightfighter forum, etc. etc. etc. EO's break in a far greater proportion than Aimpoints. Sure, a lot of you like the reticle, wish someone made a similar ret that you like, but it does not change the FACT, the L3 admitted their malfeasance, and is making good on EVERYONE'S sight, if they chose to return it. Paperwork, is paperwork. Some days, it gets processed, some days, there's a company party, and nothing gets done! I'm a self-admitted hater of EO's, but people are getting their money back, (in some cases, more than they paid) some faster than others, but it is coming. Relax, Google, peruse YouTube, you will get your money, eventually. In the mean time, figure out your replacement!
