It's bad....I saw him when Bush number 2 was in and we just went to Iraq.....Prine spent 20 minutes bashing W. and then played "Your Flag Decal Won't get you into Heaven Anymore" with such hate and venom about 30 people walked out of the Louisville Palace...It's was bad....I went to the bar for about a half hour and then came back and started heckling him to "Shut up and sing!" and "I didn't pay $50 to watch an old hippie whine on cspan..."

No one got thrown out...Management figured what's good for the goose is good for the gander...I even had a security guy give me a thumbs up....

I had a similar experience. Luckily he wasnt fired up that night as "his guy" was in office. Just some offhand comments about prior admins that required one "shut up and sing!" from me. (It was in the past 8 years) It was at the Murat with only overpriced drinks in the lobby (no sound there) so I didnt have the joy of spending part of the concert in the bar.
