I'm glad the media picked up on it and didn't just brush it under the rug.
I can tell you as a middle aged middle class white man, I am sick and tired of being blamed for all the ills of the world, it seems to always be "whitey's fault" no matter the problem is.

Why is it that the only people I know who use this word are white?

...a person being black doesn't allow you to make automatic assumptions about what you think about them...

Correct. But that person's words allow you to make some pretty reasonable judgments about what you think about them.

    I think she's a hate filled crazy biatch.:dunno:

I could be wrong. She could be be simply delightful. But I wouldn't lay money on it.

Well, according to HER posts, "Whitey" seems to have been replaced with "Yt" - but it appears to carry the same implied meaning.

Maybe she is a fan of Redd Foxx.

Shes ignorant and should have lost her job. That's the only assumption I can make with confidence.

Awe come on. Ignorant? Did you read this?

Every white woman raises a detriment to society? How we are forced to share spaces with them?

If things were reversed, would you just be calling the white chick making such comments "ignorant"? Or would you have the confidence to assume a little more?

What? Are you suggesting she be blacklisted?
Or whatever the "culturally sensitive" phrase is now.

As Printcraft pointed out earlier, who would want the potential liability of employing her.

Nope. I was just interpreting her newest comments posted after the SHTF. "I like bongs." "Fame comes with a price..." "Who needs a job...".
These comments seem to indicate that she has lost hope for continuing life as it used to be.
I was only making an observation, not suggesting what anyone else should do. However, her publicly announced hatred for whites, especially males, would give me concern for her ability to perform her duties in the healthcare field if I was considering hiring her.

Note to self: Purple. Gotta remember purple!

I read "YT" as "white." Which seem, at least to me, to make more sense.

A buddy of mine had a 1970 LT1 Corvette Roadster. The license plate was simply "7T". I'm predisposed to read YT as whitey, maybe a cultural thing or just my experience with said Corvette. (The thing was a full on fire breathing monster!)

Had a black, high school friend tell me the same thing later in our adult lives, he was my manager and we were talking about the lack of diversity on our work team. It turned to race relations and he made that same statement; "only white people are racist". That was 25 years ago I'm still disappointed in that assessment.

Diversity. There is more diversity within groups than between groups. There is generally strength in diversity, but it is diversity in personality traits and diversity in experience and interests which provides the benefits. The diversity in the DNA which controls physical features is only useful in very narrow circumstances. Those are facts regardless of what one feels about them.
