I wonder why Obama is not publicly supporting Trump for his decision to move the US embassy to Jerusalem.
Not very Nobel of him.

I would appreciate if the squirrel chimed in on this one.
Yeah, I thought he was banned a few years back.
My opinion is that this was a good move if only for the fact that everyone is screaming that we are no longer a credible broker for peace negotiations.
Good riddance to a problem spot that has confounded every administration since Carter.

More immediately, the action against the tunnel injected another element of uncertainty into the simmering tensions over President Trump’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
Speaking of Nobel, since Obama got the Nobel peace prize and wanted to move the US embassy to Jerusalem but failled to do it in 8 years; maybe Trump will also get the Nobel for actually doing it.
The IDF just destroyed a Hamas tunnel coming in from Gaza.
NYTimes coverage:

Now that's funny right there.

I'm quite familiar enough with the Six Day War and the Yom Kippur War to be in awe.
Nevertheless, wartime victories play a small part in my theology.
I remember watching a documentary on the raid at Entebbe... wow.
That was back when the Military Channel had all sorts of good documentaries and war shows.
