Anyone wonder if they asked her who else she schtupped or if they got a subpoena for the website info relating to her account?

    asking for a friend

Almost certainly. It's tough to tell exactly who she originally told from the media coverage, but it appears to be a therapist/counselor of some sort. I've seen it reported that it was a school counselor, but also a children's services counselor, and who knows which is right if either.

Subpoena/warrant for her account info is a given. How broad it is depends. Say you use your Facebook page to set up a robbery via Facebook marketplace. That definitely gives me PC to get your records for a few days before and after the robbery. I can spread it out a bit to get other messages/details to prove it's really you using it. I don't think it gives me PC to look at stuff from two years ago, based on the single robbery. Others might disagree, and ultimately a judge would be the one to decide, but I never wrote what I would consider an overly broad time frame due to potential suppression issues.

    [STRIKE]Almost [/STRIKE]certainly. ....

The Texas Attorney General has a whole unit devoted to human trafficking that investigates and assists district attorneys around the state with these types of cases, especially with underage victims. I have no doubt there will be some ripples from this case.

Ya know, if Obama was in office, I can't help but think their would be an outcry of gun owners lamenting Eric Holder and the DoJ tracking down and arresting this guy, not because he had sex with an underage girl (Roman Polanski), but because he dared to express rights the 2nd Amendment is supposedly supposed to protect.

And you would be completely wrong. So wrong, in fact, I wonder why you even inhabit this forum. You obviously have no clue about what drives the average 2A supporter.

    .

anyway... still hate that someone lies about their age and you get nailed. I see kids in the ER and i’m Shocked at their age when I actually meet them. We can’t all be carnival guessers.

i know... then don’t sleep with people who may be near the age of consent. Some even have fake IDs showing they are off legal age. Think he gets punished more or less than a female teacher sleeping with a student?

Yeah, a lying girl getting you hemmed up sucks, but with her age, and the fact that he paid her, you kinda have to wonder if he honestly cared.

I wonder if she gave the standard spiel of, "You're just paying for my time and companionship. Anything that takes place is between two consenting adults." At which point, she did lie to him and it seems to be awfully close to entrapment since she wasn't able to consent.

Remember, (I don't know what color to make this, since I don't believe it but I'm not joking about how escorts and the like present this stuff), Sugardaddy relationships aren't about sex, they're about companionship.

I've seen him interviewed. He always seemed kind of skeevy to me. It really doesn't shock me this happened. Now, if this were someone like Alan Gottlieb or one of the Greshems, then yeah I would have suspected a setup.

I get worked up over predators seeking out children with the intention to exploit or abuse them ect. When I see a teen girl who understands what sex is, and also understands that she is asking for CASH to give up the sex to someone that she KNOWS is an adult and she is risking his freedom but does it anyways for her own selfish reasons***, na I dont get too worked up about it nor do i feel a need to send U.S. Marshals after the guy in a foreign country (probably the FBI or interpol?) And extradite him back for this, I just dont think they would do this unless,. .... oh unless .... this guy happened to **** off a bunch of the wrong people in the federal government because he stepped on their weiners and sold and gave away a bunch of plans to print untraceable guns and excercise his first and 2nd amendment rights. And the freedom hating, gun hating feds had an axe to grind.

HELL, I might just be overly paranoid and conspiracy bound lately due to oh I don't know, being lied to by the govt specifically for the last 8 years of Obama Benghazi, fast and furious, irs, Bundy ranch, apying on a presidential candidate of the opposite party and setting them up and lying intentionaly to a fisa judge, lying about a scotus nominee and trying to derail a nomination intentionaly, ect ect ect ,
But I wouldn't be surprised if they had this dude under some pretty heavy federal surveillance and seen this whole incident playing out online (monitoring it in real time) and then seeing her come up the elevator and hell they probably even watched or listened to them having sex and did nothing, and then a couple days later they made a phone call to this girls school counselor or therapists or parents and put the ball in motion without revealing their federal surveillance.
Now I might be wrong and crazy here but you know what? I'd actualy ne willing to lay money down that I'm partially right.

You don't send Interpol after someone. Interpol doesn't work like that, it's an intelligence sharing/database thing, not an international version of the Marshals. You can notify Interpol of a warrant with international extradition, and they'll pass the info along to the nation the fugitive is believed to be in, but police in that nation actually do the warrant arrest. And also, US Marshal =/= FBI, different agencies.

Generally, they just contact the country he's in and ask for the fugitive to be returned via mutual legal assistance or extradition, depending on the treaty with that particular nation. We actually don't have an extradition treaty with Taiwan.

Depending on the circumstances, the fugitive might get escorted back, or might just be put on a plane with travel papers and a cancelled passport, then picked up at the point of entry by US authorities.

I decided nothing. And you still don't understand a thing. We are THE most law and order segment in America, even more so than cops. What I find offensive and what you fail to perceive is we wouldn't go looking beyond the fact that he was caught diddling a minor in order to yowl about some kind of conspiracy. That is YOUR modus operandi. Not ours.

Hmmmm....Apparently I have access to conspiracy sections of INGO that you do not. I also am not convinced that you haven't tapped yourself the spokesperson for the "average 2A supporter," whatever that is.
