I'm thinking that considering the fast change of this from legal inventory to contraband, if justice didn't give people in this business a reasonable amount of time to get rid of her stuff before starting investigations.

This is not a win on the merits of the case, this is an important procedural win. But it's a win.

U.S.A. –-(AmmoLand.com)- On 19 August 2020, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals reversed a Federal District court. The three-judge panel of the Fifth Circuit found the Attorney General of New Jersey is under Texas jurisdiction for this case. The case is Defense Distributed v. Grewal.
