i just left dicks in evansville they have the 1600 round bulk pack federal 22 long rifle for 84.99, but they matched sportmans warehouses price of 59.99 plus the 20.00 rebate so 39.99 a case = .249 cents a round!
i called my dad after i left and told him about it, he said "get your a$$ back there and buy me 2 cases too!"
they had the 9mm 45 and 223 bulk packs too!

Yeah, I can't get on it now. I did order five ten packs of CR123 batteries on special from them a few days ago and have them already.

They ship quick if you can get an order in.

I think its quicker to drive down to South Carolina and pick it up yourself, than wait on their shipping

Am I just missing the really good stuff or what? It sure seems to me like Black Friday sales this year are just so so?

Sure there are a few exceptions, but don't the Black Friday sales seem like most other sales throughout the year?

I don't see the best prices of the year on very many things at all. A lot of the prices seem like normal prices, advertised as Black Friday specials?

I agree. Retail is changing, and I think the over-emphasis on this one week is going away.

I think that is probably a good thing.

I was thinking the same too. PSA's prices don't look any different than their normal sale prices. Other than a few deals on cheap .22 I wasn't impressed with anyone's sales. Didn't see anything that interested me anywhere. Which is probably just as well. :):

The $79 android 8.0 oreo tablet at Menards was a good buy for me since my laptop is over 10yrs old and been on life support ever since the screen cracked in 2012. My wife picked up that $29 eureka at Walmart which has shown to pick up more than her old vacuum. Got a $189 Ruger lcp with the blue frame for my mom and went with the 22 deal as you would have to be brain dead in order to not score 22 at 1.8 cents a round.

    Why do you hate America?

Kinda like, "I was watching CNN and they said...."

I love America! and I don't really like dicks! and people are still going to shop there, but what I did was rob them of an extra 100.00 dollars in profit they would have made off of someone else! so yes, I did shop there, and I hurt their bottom dollar, and they had at least 20 more cases of 22 (not counting the 223 45 and 9mm), at the Evansville store that's 500.00 dollars profit they could lose,(on just the 22) but multiply that by 850 (thats the number of stores they have) that's 425 thousand dollars!...that hurts dicks a little bit!...so post this on your social media pages, tell your friends tell me what company can stand to lose 425 thousand dollars? if every one went and bought all the ammo, and cost each store 2000 dollars, that's 1.7 million dollars! and thatd put a big hurt on their bottom dollar!

Dicks would be out of business if gun owners just refused to shop there, as we should. Not supporting the anti-gunners in any fashion is the key to their demise. :twocents:

I doubt dicks would go out of business if gun owners stopped shopping there, considering they sell baseball, tennis, golf, camping, fitness, fishing, basketball, archery and so much more, if gun owners stopped buying there, all they'd do is drop firearms.

but if someone has to explain a 1.7 million dollar drop in profit, that would wake them up!, cause let me tell you, if you have to explain it to someone else (ie in this case, a board of directors) why you missed your budgeted profit by 1.7 million dollars someone would pay hell trying to explain that figure, cause I see my boss trying to figure out ways to explain why we miss budget by 10 thousand dollars (and that's 10 grand in sales, NOT 10 grand in profit)
