As a non-FacePalm person, I can't answer that, but apparently they can block someone they don't like from leaving a review.
Probably got banned from posting in the comments. Banning covers the entire page after that. So, if you're previously banned it would make sense you weren't allowed to leave a review.

Perhaps all of us oughta start paying this shop a visit while OCing loaded guns for the specific purpose of turning around and leaving if or when asked to disarm. Make them feel that more and more requests for disarmament = lost business.

    To All,

You can also go to Google Maps and locate any business there and leave a review! This is seen by more than the FaceBook crowd. Also, I don't think(?) the business has any power to remove bad reviews, especially since Bare Arms has a few there.

    Regards,

    Doug

PS - On a positive note we should ALL go out of our way to post positive comments on those businesses that have treated us well! They earned that too!

EDIT - You already beat me to it! I am slow today...

Along the lines of what Doug says, also. You could go to a service like Yelp! and leave a review. It's not just restaurants on there. Bare Arms is actually listed on Yelp! with no reviews. Lots of people see reviews there, as well as Google.

Also why on their site for the events was there a "teeth cleaning" listed on the 21st at 4pm?

I saw that earlier too....we obviously find it interesting? Like someone else said..they don't understand the technology they're using.

Are you sure you weren't blocked like I was?

    NICE! Congratulations!

I've been in there a few times. Pretty much ignored every time except the time my husband asked to see a gun...an overpriced gun at that. Not worth spending my money there when they treat people like that.

Please let us know their response if any.
My apologies 1175, just now read your post.

Yes, they did e-mail me a response. No, I didn't read it, simply deleted it.

TBH, it didn't matter to me what they said or how they were going to try and 'justify' it. Even though I would certainly 'qualify' as part of the LEO community Bare Arms, apparently, favors. That's irrelevant, IMO. What is relevant is the manner in which they treat lawful citizens lawfully carrying. At a gun shop. That's inexcusable at any business, but especially so at a business that claims, by their very existence, to cater to gun owners.

The OP had an interaction with them that was simply inexcusable for a LGS. Some other INGO members have also brought up similar treatment there. That's enough for me to encourage a boycott of Bare Arms to the extent within my capability.

How much will Bare Arms lose because of this thread? They'll never know, because there's know way to know how much profit is lost from a series of transactions never made.

I have been in there several times and they have never asked me to disarm even though there is a sign right on the front door telling you to unload never had nothing but pleasant experiences from those guys ya their prices are a little high but that is the only thing I have seen negative and they will negotiate a little on their prices bought a few guns from them now

Rather than start a new thread I thought I would just update this one.
Went in there several times, carrying with out a comment being made. After that got to talking with the salesman, to make a long story short, got my first blue label thru them. They were great to work with, the prices are as good as any that I've seen and they are a Class III dealer.
No complaints. I don't need to have somebody constantly asking me if I need anything. If I have questions, I ask.
    Will be going back.

I recently stopped by Hoosier Armory in Noblesville and was impressed by there selection. They were not fully open yet when I arrived but very friendly.
