They're heeeeere... I'll try a pair of the briefs tomorrow. I'm gonna wash the Ball Room jeans first, but my first impression of the jeans is... meh. They're not nearly as heavy a denim as my Dickie's or even my Wranglers. I was expecting them to be more substantial I guess, especially for the price. I'll withhold final judgement until I've worn them, but so far I doubt that I will be buying another pair.

That's how they reel you in. They go for those that passed on the last deal, but were on the fence.

Well, I probably wouldn't have ordered the jeans if I'd have waited. I didn't really want 75 dollars worth of underwear so I just ordered the jeans to get to the free shipping level. :):

My F-I-L swears by the firehose pants.

Yeah, those do look sturdy. I guess I just figured the jeans would be similar. We'll see. :) One thing I DO like about them is that they came in the dark indigo blue like all jeans used to. Now everything comes pre-washed, pre-faded it seems like.

He says they are very SOFT yet sturdy.

Well, I'm wearing my Ball Room jeans and Buck Naked briefs. They feel like... well, like jeans and underwear. :dunno: I guess I was expecting rainbows and sunshine and a choir of angels to be emanating from my nether regions. As I said earlier, the real test will be how they have held up after 2 or 3 years. I'll probably hold off on buying anything else from them until then.

On a positive note, the front pockets of the jeans seem to be sturdy and they're nice and deep. :yesway:

The firehose flex pants are soft but sturdy. The regular firehose are less soft but more sturdy.

Firehouse flex are the best. I have some of the chinos for work and cargos for weekends, range trips, training classes etc.

I love not having to worry about making adjustments or risk tearing seams when squatting, bending or getting into any other odd positions. My kids are small so we're always wrestling around on the floor and playing games. The Firehouse flex pants have held up exceptionally well. They are basically all I wear now with the exception of a pair of standard Firehouse cargos that are fleece lined and great for working oitside in cold weather.

So I put my Bare Nakeds' to the test this afternoon. I bundled up a little which consisted of my DTC undies, a thin pair of flannel pj bottoms and my old winter light wieght bibs. I also had a t-shirt, thin zip up hoodie and a light weight coat. I spent a half hour running the snow blower to clean up my driveway, sidewalk and neighbors driveways. (I live on a heavily travelled/plowed road so I need to keep on top of it so I don't get plowed in.)

Anyway I was quite sweaty when I was done. Came inside and stripped down. Things were dry. I decided to do a "sniff test". They passed, even to the point I was able to talk Mrs. BT to do the sniff test. She wasn't thrilled with the idea but went ahead anyway. They passed her test too.

I've been washing and drying them without any fabric softener btw.

I have a number of pants and Shirts from Duluth and their great. My only issue is the fit, I would like them to have a little more fashionable options when it comes to fit.

I have also really wanted to try their underwear but just can't get over the price...
