I will share a forum philosophy of mine. I am never trying to win the debate by forcing my debate partner into submission or admission I am right. That is illusive in cyberspace. These threads are read by literally hundreds of viewers a day, in my heart do I believe I won with the folks following along at home? Did they understand my points? Were they clear enough to win the point and still nice enough they don't make my debate partner look better than me?

Nobody said anything about winning or losing. It’s a discussion, not a competition. I was just pointing out that there’s always the same member in the discussion that deflects and refuses to answer questions, and continually bashed the president regardless of what he does. I think when 99% of the community has an issue with the 1 person, maybe it’s telling.

Nobody said anything about winning or losing. It’s a discussion, not a competition. I was just pointing out that there’s always the same member in the discussion that deflects and refuses to answer questions, and continually bashed the president regardless of what he does. Now, this seems to be the actual issue. As the "refuses to answer questions" and "99% of the community" accusations are either made up or false.



Below are questions asked, and more importantly answered in the past 5 or 6 days. How many do I need to provide to prove that you aren't paying attention or just making stuff up?

Are not all of those things important - nay, critical - to demonstrate in order to participate (vote) in an election? Do not these things ensure the integrity of the voting power of each individual exercising the civic duty and privilege of voting?

Absolutely. I don't have problem with the requirement asked for. I do however think that obtaining that information is more burdensome to poorer people. Look at it this way, the government has no problems "finding" and taxing you. They tax you based on the exact same things they require to obtain an ID. I think if they accept the information provided when they take your money, then they should probably extend that notion to voting (i.e. "no taxation without representation").

So what do you and she think about the Lessons Learned project/Afghanistan papers. Which thread are you posting your outrage in?

The only outrage I have concerning the Afghan War, is how long we were/are there, and how it spun in to invading Iraq. In so far as the Afghan War, itself, I fully support why we went to war.

I remember you trying to convince us that the problem in hurricane Maria aid to Puerto Rico was all about Trump and stories of irregularities in how the aid was distributed and claims of bias by PR elected officials, even at the expense of their constituents, were just not credible. After what was found in that warehouse in Ponce, have you had occasion to question the accuracy of your beliefs?

That doesn’t mean there aren’t numerous times you don’t do it. Everybody has seen it, you’ll focus on one word of a comment and argue that for 2 pages, instead of addressing the comment as a whole. It’s happened repeatedly. You really think 99% of the community is just out to get you? Or maybe it’s the way you present your discussion. You’re so anti trump that you don’t even care to have intellectual discussions. Like this impeachment ordeal. You carry on about how guilty he is, and then try to say the senate is trying to cover up what he did by not allowing witnesses. Lol it gets tiring.

See, it's a "Kut doesn't like Trump" thing. It's the SECOND time you've made reference to it. Ok, I get it. You think the impeachment is without merit. There ARE millions of people that agree. There are also millions of people that disagree. You are getting tired of an opinion that simply differs from your own. If I was the only one that held my opinion, sure, I could see your point. But I'm not. They are plenty of people that see it exactly the way I see it, you are just one of those people that don't want to hear something that challenges your opinion.
