Nah, but really, there’s a lot more to participate in than political discussions. Most of the time I browse through old threads in the self defense and 2A sections and just read. I talk in politics a lot, but if they did away with the political section altogether it wouldn’t keep me from participating here. Lot of good people and info here, politics are naturally a hot topic that’ll cause debates. We all have different views and opinions, even among the same party. We all joined for the firearm discussions I believe.

We had a President for 8 years whose middle name was "Hussein," but we were able to keep things in line here, even though 90+% here probably despised him. Now that Trump is President, I am 50/50 on whether we will even make it through this election with a Political forum. I can never figure out why, but it always seems to be a couple excessively self-righteous libertarians who ruin it for everybody. What did the world do to them? Their main ringleader is in shooter heaven, but I'm afraid the rapture missed one or two, as evidenced by the "Trump is Acquitted" thread.

Stay classy everybody. Even when others do not...

We are one step away from going back to a "9mm vs. 45" forum just like every other gun website. It is time for things like what happened in that last thread to be uncool, and met with timeouts and whackings. This is usually a very stimulating forum, and I'd hate for us to lose it because one or two self-righteous types can't keep their pants up.
