Sidney Powell just filed a petition for Writ of Mandamus against Sullivan. Let the fireworks commence. Will the DC Court of Appeals undermine their own controlling precedent just to injure Trump? Or will they act with even a modicum of integrity, and smack down a criminally activist judge who is violating separation of powers in a way that is contrary to multiple, recent circuit and SCOTUS precedents?

And it appears that the DC Court of Appeals is, in fact, not playing around:

This is a favorable panel. They order Sullivan to respond, within 10 days, wrt motion to dismiss. They cite Rules of Proceedings and Fokker. Do not allow amicus. Invite Government to respond.

IANAL, but this sure looks like a, "Hey, Sullivan, check yourself before you wreck yourself" order.

Why would you go after the head of the whole ordeal and let the underlings, who were hands-on, flee?

Makes more sense to go after the underlings and hope they take a plea offer to rat out their bosses higher up the chain.

Democrats knew they were lying to the media and the public, but told the truth under oath in closed investigations to avoid legal repercussions. Republicans who wanted to blow the whistle and let us know about all of these lies, but couldn't due to restrictions. That didn't stop "leaks" that favored Democrat talking points undermining the legitimate Trump administration. The Democrat House and administration members that participated in this are a toxic and anti-American sewer.
