He has a history of being a race baiting POS antagonist that goes around practically begging people to beat the **** out of him so he can holler “racist!”

Hope the body cam footage gets released and makes the felony charge stick.

He's been banned from several bars in Bloomington for exactly this kind of drunk, disorderly, violent behavior. Maybe now he's finally screwed up bad enough to be taken off the street for a while. And yet there's STILL people defending him in r/bloomington...

Wonder if he is on some sort of probation for his pending case here?

If I'm reading right he was released without bail for a felony charge of battery against a "public safety official"?
Of course. Bail in this case would be racist.

And I'm also sure he will also find a way to spin this lack of bail as a racist act as well.

Being black does'nt give anyone an excuse for acting like an a-hole. He needs to be held accountable for HIS actions. As do we all.

What a racist, white-supremacist point of view. I'll bet the IMPD Supervisor didn't even kiss his foot when commanded to do so. He was clearly angered at such extreme disrespect.

This guy is just a treat. According to what I read (probable cause affidavit) Booker was at a bar in Indy and the cops were called there about someone else. Then Booker complained to the cops about the bar staff being intoxicated. When they told him that he could complain to the bar owner, became belligerent and demanded to see a supervisor.

After the supervisor arrived, idiocy ensued.

"The complainant identified as Vauhxx Rushing Booker attempt to walk through Lieutenant XXX by shoving him back with his upper body on the chest of Lieutenant XXX who was dressed in full uniform. Lieutenant XXX was able to regain his balance and shoved Vauhxx Booker back from him and placed handcuff on him. Vauhxx Booker was arrested for battery on a public safety officer. He was transported to lock up by Marion county wagon."

Cash bond was posted...but not a very high one.

And more on this worthless piece of **** calling himself Booker.
    From the article (emphasis mine):
"Anne Lehman, Facilitation Coordinator at the Center for Community Justice in Elkhart, Indiana, confirmed in her testimony that Purdy and Cox attended about five meetings and completed assignments required for the sessions. They believed the case would be dismissed when the restorative justice agreement was completed. But the facilitator confirmed that Booker withdrew from the process."

Proof that Booker didn't want justice or healing for the community. He was just stirring :poop: as he has always done, and continues to do to this day.

So what was his punishment? Seems like a pretty big detail to leave out of a story.
