What about boppin' in the broom closet? Or doing it in the back seat of a car at lunch? Did the company require all employees to wear prophylactics while at work? Seems pretty similar to me. I mean, cause you just never know...
You are talking about heterosexual activity or something else?

If it's something else, I certainly do not wish to have to acquire brain bleach to continue the conversation.

During the AIDS epidemic, when it was (and still is) largely being transmitted through sexual contact, both hetero and gay, was the company responsible for making sure its employees wore condoms at work out of fear of potential wrongful death lawsuits? Did companies provide clean needles to limit the spread by sharing syringes between IV drug abusers (another vector of transmission) out of fear of wrongful death lawsuits? If not, then how does making employees get vaccinated protect the employer from wrongful death lawsuits?

Entirely different delivery vectors...and that's all I wish to say on the subject. :)

I'm not the employer. And, to be honest, all of the ADA, ER's, and millenial ennui syndromes, etc., are the reason I never hired anyone else in my small business endeavors. Much easier to deal with only one problem employee: me.

And yet they all seem to involve someone getting "injected"... :):
