      I had the same problem on the first AR I built. The reset spring on the trigger is in upside down. It should be large end down. It's a PITA to get inside the catch but it will fit. You might have to twist it to get it in and the pins lined up. If you push the trigger forward it should...

      Our work firearms policy requires us to register with the HR department that we have a firearm in our vehichle, it must be unloaded, locked, and out of sight. um, OK, sure, I'll just run right over to thier office and do that.:rolleyes:

      What gunfire really sounds like

      I hunt without hearing protection. I'm not sure if its the concentration or the adrenelin rush of sighting in on a deer but I have never had my ears ring after taking a shot. I always use hearing/ eye protection when at the range.
