As metioned above, I don't think I'd have "glass breaker" as criteria for a knife for professional rescue personnel. Other more appropriate tools are used for glass breaking.
The .22-250 provides coyote devastation that is hard to match. High velocity thin jacket bullets wreak havoc in the small body of coyotes.
Remington 700 VS topped with a Leupold VX III 6.5-20 for me.
If you can call them in close (60yds), a 12 gauge with high brass will easily do the trick...
I have a lengthy edc rotation that come from all areas of the knife spectrum. Spyderco, Buck, Benchmade, Cold Steel, CRK, Strider, etc. Love'em all. 95% of the time it's a folder.
The Maverick Colt is one of my favorite knives for everything. I've even field dressed two deer with it this year. I may have to get another. Mine is black micarta, I like the natural also.
