      AR-15 and M-16 Show And Tell

      Haven't posted in a while. I just finished my first AR build. Happy with how it turned out. Still need to visit the range though. PSA lower, AR Stoner upper in 5.56 16" barrel.

      Incorrect name on carry permit

      Wife just received a second permit Monday 5.20. Same miss spelling and everything. We have not yet had time to goto local pd. She plans on taking both tomorrow after work.

      Wife sent her documents and money order off to state police right before Christmas, just received it yesterday 5-16 issued 5-14.

      My wife mailed off her documents back in December, and just now received her permit. The name on the permit is spelled incorrectly. Who do we need to contact? And is she legal to carry? Thanks Chris

      Golden was "killed" long before the that engine was moved to NY. The head and block raw castings still come to the Columbus plant for machining. This plant was also chosen to be the home of the new Light duty diesel engine.

      Anybody willing to point me in the right direction to get my new sights installed on my XD sub compact 40. I heard the the XDs were a bear to swap sights. I would prefer some one local to Columbus area, but willing to travel for good work.

      Mini Glock or XD Sub compact?

      I was wondering the same thing. Not to stir up hate and discontent, I just don't understand how the safeties became bothersome.

      You are correct that is not the one I saw. Yes, it opened in the center and had the handgun in a holster that slid out placing the gun in you hand. May just have to go back in Oct. to find more info.

      I went to the 1500 this past weekend. I saw a gun safe, but now I can't find any info on it and I didn't get a card. It had a thumb print reader and when it opened it was spring loaded and put the gun into your hand. If anybody has any info it would be greatly appreciated. I have searched...
