      Lower Prices and bulk ammo?

      I agree, I love PSA and cheaper than dirt has good prices on ammo. Got 1000 rounds of .223 for less than $250 after shipping. It's not the best but got for practice.

      She ended up going with a ruger lcp but she liked the s&w also. I would have preferred she got one with a safety but her choice.

      My wife has got hooked to and now we are looking a buying her one. She likes the size and recoil of the .380 but I don't know if I want to drop big money on one yet. Any opinions on the Ruger LCP?

      My cousin is a trooper down there and this isn't the first police attack recently. Unfortunately, this was fatal. Prayers to his family.

      My kids love displays but prices are high. I got some 9mm ammo at rural King not too long ago for $9.99 a box on sale. If you got one close you may want to check there.

      My cousin is a trooper in KY and they deal with this all the time. Meth and heroin make people do crazy things. Unfortunately many end up injured or dead.

      Interesting conversation with an anti gun person in my family

      This is interesting. My wife is not anti gun but she is very weary of them. I think it come from lack of knowledge and trust. I have been working with her comfort level.

      I agree that a class is helpful and buy the upper. The first one I built took forever because I didn't get all the parts I needed and had to wait for them and then the extra tools that I didn't realize I needed until after I started. Headache!!

      We are looking for any suggestions that others have had that is easy to shoot, comfortable to carry, but effective. She has a 9mm now but it is too big to carry.

      The Open Carry Argument

      I live around a bunch of ex-cheerleader soccer moms and they flip if they see a gun because "Johnny" might get the wrong idea. I usually conceal unless I am out later in the evening.
