      Any Advice On A Good 9mm?

      I'll through another possibility your way - A used S&W 908 ... light, pleasant to shoot, reliable, DA/SA with safety. It's a 3rd generation smith that has many parts interchangeable with the 3913. It;s the best concealed 9mm I've found.

      first time ocing

      Well, the reality is that unless you are in a police or security uniform, ocing scares people. I prefer ccing as it adds the element of surprise ( causing a momentary delay with the attacker ) should I ever need to defend myself. JMHO
