      Like most... After being fired I clean. Its a good way to become acquainted with your firearms and like someone else stated, I find it very relaxing and a way to unwind.

      doesn't obscure the SN... But still Curious. Maybe to make the SN easier to read, maybe a form of stippling, Maybe just some idiot thought they'd give a go at home bead blasting with an engraving tool, maybe someone thought they'd outfox the MAN and remove the Numbers, maybe stolen??? Who knows???
