Last time I was in Bulgaria (2001) I spoke to some of their troops about gun ownership. Seemed that country had pretty reasonable laws, and that all Bulgarian citizens of legal age have the right to own firearms if one has not been charged with a serious crime and is psychologically healthy.

Why was there ever a jury trial, it's clear cut as day? In the fit of life/death you really lose track of stuff. Got into a firefight in Iraq, and shot six 30 round 556 mags in about three minutes, yet only remember one mag!
There's yet another option with the CZ or Mecgar 14 round mags, that being they can be modified to accept 16 rounds. Then you'd have 17 (with one in the chamber).

I have not handled one, nor do I know anyone that owns an RFB. I'd love to buy one, but they are marked up higher than retail and not available right now. I am sure that they'll make their way to IN/KY soon.
