      Doesn't SEEM to be my browser or settings. Just curious really. When I refresh a page, sometimes I get a banner in upper right corner, sometimes I don't, I ALWAYS get one across the middle under the header. No biggie, just wondered if it was a hiccup or if some of the rotations are empty.

      What happened to Indiana only recognizing states that recognize Indiana's LTCH? I notice that an Ohio resident with a permit can carry here now, but not vice versa :rolleyes:
