Dropped your pistol? Tell the truth!

I've only dropped a fire arm one time in 15 some odd years of carrying. I dropped my Glock 19 when I was getting into my vehicle after OC training. I had pulled it out of the holster, and before I could secure it in the vehicle, I dropped it on the blacktop parking lot. Looking back now I just...

      Glocks hold value.. WHY?!?!?

I totally agree with the OP. I've had Glocks, and they are WAY over rated. Plus they are ugly as sin.

New you tube channel gun shop against open carry

I have been in that store many times, and they all open carry. I too commented on the video and told them not to tell people one thing, and do the opposite in their shop.

      EDC gun with no safety

No EDC should ever have a safety. A safety will get you killed if you don't train properly with it. If you never draw you weapon except to destroy something that is threatening your life, or the life of someone else you have nothing to worry about. In short keep your bugger hook off the bang...

      Is Glock the answer?

If Glock is the answer, It was a stupid question!

Where did you OC today thread: Part 2

I OC'd at Gander Mountain in Terre Haute yesterday before going to the range. Yes I know that's no big deal, I know people carry in there a lot, but I normally CC and that was the first time I had OC'd in a while, and the first time carrying my brand spankin' new M&P 9 that I traded for my Glock...

I would have put caliber on the list as well.

      S&W M&P Shield 40 VS Springfield XDs 45

My EDC is a Shied in 40, and I have shot the XDs 45 that belongs to a guy I work with many times. IMHO I would keep the Shield. The XDs is way too small a gun to be chambered in 45.

      Shield 9 = Low Left?

Agreed, it's the shooter, not the gun.

      S&W M&P Shield .40

I have a Shield in .40 as my EDC. the recoil is a bit much, but it is still a straight shooter. I think if I had to do it over, I would have gotten the 9mm, but all in all I'm happy with it I have no problem depending on it to defend my life, and the lives of my family and loved ones.

      Yet another new Glock

I will never buy another .40, and I wouldn't say the 9mm is junk.

      Yet another new Glock

I just bought a Gen 4 Glock 17 a few weeks ago to qualify it as my duty gun. I have always been and M&P man, but I needed 3 mags and M&P's only come with two. Since you can't buy an extra M&P mag anywhere I went with the Glock 17, as they come with three. The first day I shot it, I was ready to...

      CARRY WITHOUT PERMIT

Agreed, They still have to do the background check. Your LTCH is of no use to them what so ever.
